BIOGRAPHY

Nasima Akter Mukta is a lecturer of Department of Nutrition and Food Engineering at Daffodil International University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. She is pursuing her PhD in Applied Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at Department of Applied Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. She received her M,Sc. In Chemistry from Jahangirnagar University, Bangladesh. Her recent publication is “Evaluation of Fuel Properties of Sal (Shorea robusta) Seed and Its Oil from Their Physicochemical Characteristics and Thermal Analysis. (Journal of Energy Sources, Part A: Recovery, Utilization, and Environmental Effects, Taylor & Francis; 8th June 2020)”. Her research interests are on Natural Product Chemistry, Biodegradable Polymer and Its Biomedical Application and Functional Foods and Its Analysis
